BOLT Announces Dedicated Fleet Dock Management

[ Nashville , TN ] — BOLT, the integrated dispatch & tracking system for small to mid-size carriers, has announced a dock management system for dedicated fleets.

BOLT ’s Dock Management Module for dedicated fleets provides current information about the arrival time of trucks assigned to incoming and outgoing freight. Dock freight staging is optimized based on accurate truck arrival information. Shipping and Receiving screens flash the ETA of incoming trucks and are updated as often as you like. Truck status is color coded - indicating “Within The Hour”, “On Time” and “Truck Late” conditions. The information is based on BOLT’s Integrated Dispatch System and GPS data from the trailer tracking equipment.
